How this works

Fixed fee. Human in the loop.

Priced in recruiting outcomes rather than hours, and structured so you can stop after any stage.

Scroll

Three steps, no surprises.

Step 01

Audit

Map the funnel, rank what to automate, hand back a 30/60/90 roadmap. The fee credits toward a build signed within 30 days.

Step 02

Build

Fixed scope, defined deliverables, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, documentation and a training handoff.

Step 03

On call

Monthly calibration and upkeep, so the scoring stays honest as the requisitions change.

On-call retainer.

Two tiers. Both recurring, both cancellable, neither a deposit split.

Essential

Steady state

Calibration on new requisitions, monitoring, small fixes, and the monthly funnel note.

Questions.

How do engagements start?

With a Recruiting Automation Audit. The funnel gets mapped, the highest-ROI opportunities ranked by impact, feasibility and risk, and you get a 30/60/90 roadmap priced in recruiter hours, time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. It is a real standalone deliverable, and the fee credits toward a build signed within 30 days.

How is the work priced?

Fixed fee, never hourly, and priced in recruiting outcomes rather than time. Builds are scoped per project. Application Triage is an integration engagement sized by applicant volume, requisition count and the systems involved. Nothing here is a per-seat subscription.

What does the on-call retainer cover?

Calibration as your requisitions change, review of the borderline pile by a recruiter rather than a technician, prompt and rubric tuning as roles shift, small new automations, and a monthly note on what the funnel data is saying.

Who actually does the work?

Paul Alfred. Enterprise-scale and agentic builds are delivered with David Alfred, DevOps and Agentic Software Engineering Architect, who owns the architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, authenticated ATS and HRIS integration, agent orchestration and the security review enterprise procurement will run. That is how larger integration work gets scoped and quoted without overpromising as a solo operator.

What happens to candidate data?

It stays in your systems. Applicants are read where they already sit and decisions are written back. Nothing is retained beyond what an engagement requires, protected traits are never an input to a score, and the work is built with OFCCP and EEO, GDPR, PIPEDA and HIPAA in mind.

Will this auto-reject candidates?

No. The tools rank and reason. A person dispositions. Every decision carries a written reason, which is what makes a shortlist defensible if a regulator or a candidate ever asks how it was reached.

Or start in writing.

The same information a first call would cover. Answer what is easy and skip the rest.

Nothing is shared. See how the data is handled on the How this works page.
