A thousand people applied. Somebody has to read all of them.

That somebody is a recruiter, and it is most of their week. Open the requisition, work the pile, reject or advance to prescreen. Then do it again on the next req.

Why it works.

Consistency

The bar stops moving

Applicant one and applicant nine hundred are read against the same intake, with the same weighting.

Defensibility

A written reason, either way

Every score carries the evidence line that produced it. That is what survives someone asking why.

Control

Nothing auto-rejects

The tool ranks and reasons. A person dispositions. The recruiter can argue with any row.

Questions.

Does it work with our ATS?

It is built against your ATS API. Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, Bullhorn, Lever and others. Applicants are read where they already sit and dispositions are written back, so there is no second system to keep in sync.

Is this auto-rejection?

No. The tool produces a ranked list with reasoning. A recruiter dispositions in the ATS. Every candidate has a written reason attached whether they advance or not, which is the opposite of an unexplained bulk reject.

How is it priced?

A fixed-fee integration engagement, sized by applicant volume, requisition count and the systems it has to talk to. Not a per-seat subscription. Scope it on a 15 minute call.
